PASTORAL AREA NOVENA TO OUR BLESSED LADY

NEWSLETTER

From the beginning of Advent there will be just one Newsletter for all three churches.The newsletter will be given a little make-over to reflect this,but will still be the quality that we have come to expect.We believe,and many visitors agree,that we have the best Newsletter in the Archdiocese.This weekly publication is yours ans so your contribution,articles,notices,thank you etc.will be appreciated and welcomed.The deadline for items is Wednesday evening.The parish Priest has the right to edit any item.Can you come up with a name for the newsletter.Put your suggestions on paper and hand them into Fr.Mark or the Office.


PIETY SHOP

The shop now has a full range of Christmas goods on sale including cards,advent calendars,nativity sets & lots more.The shop will be open after all weekend masses.


NOVEMBER REMEMBRANCE BOOK

It is that time of year when we begin to remember in a very special way all our loved ones who have died.As we have done for the past 4 years,there will be a special Book of Remembrance and will be placed in the lADY Chapel throughout the month of November.Names can now be submitted for inclusion into this year;s book.Please PRINT the names,place it in an envelope with your Mass donation and place it into the special box in the Lady Chapel.Please DO NOT give any names to Fr Mark but place them inside the box.Masses will be said during the Month of November for those in the Book of Remembrance.


SENIOR CITIZENS CLUB

The club is held on a Wednesday afternoon 1 pm -4 pm.in St Cecilia\\\'s club.There is entertainment,bingo,tea & biscuits,three days out a year amd a Christmas Dinner,all for a small membership fee.All Senior Citizens welcome.


WINTER SURVIVAL INFORMATION FAYRE

Held at St George\'s Hall on Wednesday 21st November 10am-3pm.Orgaisation involved will include Liverpool City Council,Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service,Merseyside Police.Liverpool PCT,Merseytravel & Age Concern.Come along for some information & advice.


50/50 CLUB
